To make the event as fun as possible we wanted to share some important information to help make the day AWESOME!
Since this event is a Point- to- Point race we are offering 2 options. We will provide a free shuttle between the Start (Elementary School) and Finish (Brandy Springs Park).
Parking is available along the Park road in the grass, or near the playground in the gravel lot. Parking will be marked with Yellow Parking Signs w/ Arrows.
You will not be able to drive the entire way around the park. The road will be closed from the Pool to the basketball courts to through traffic for participant safety. Please enter and exit by the community building. Watch for participants from 9:10AM-10:30AM.
Mercer Elementary School:
Parking is available in the main school lot. Please use the driveway closest to PennDot. It will be marked with a Yellow Parking sign w/ arrow.
The Free shuttle from the start to finish will run during the below time. Shuttle Pick up and drop off will be located at the Pool in Brandy Springs and Parking lot at the School. “SHUTTLE PICK UP/DROP OFF” Signs will be at each location. Please be advised that the shuttle will stop running at 8:45AM to the start. BE EARLY – Especially if you need to register race day.
Pre-Race Shuttle: 7:45am – 8:45am
Post-Race Shuttle: 10:00am – 10:45am:
Note: Due to Limited Parking at Brandy Springs we suggest parking at the Elementary School and taking the shuttle back after the race/awards.
5K – Scheduled to start at 9:00AM at the Elementary School. Please be registered and ready by 8:50. Race Day Registration/ Bib & Shirt Pick up will be held at the Elementary School Starting at 7:30AM
FUN RUN – Scheduled to start at 10:20AM at Brandy Springs Park.
Race Day Registration/ Bib & Shirt Pick up will be at the Chinese Auction Tent in the Park.
PLEASE PLAN AHEAD FOR SOMEONE TO WATCH YOUR CHILDREN IF YOU PLAN TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 5K AND HAVE CHILDREN IN THE FUN RUN SINCE THEY ARE AT 2 SEPARATE START LINES.
